PCOS and irregular periods

After being diagnosed with PCOS over 10 years and largely left to my own devices to manage it, I am so pleased I discovered Raihane. My periods were lasting 2 to 4 months and happening throughout the year. I can't recommend Tulsi Nutrition enough as this was the first time I was listened to and a targeted helpful plan was produced, which included specific supplements, tea, foods, practices, and recipes.

After a few months, I managed to have mostly normal periods (reducing my average cycle length from 80-100+ days to 30-45 days. I also found out I was pregnant in December just before Christmas!

Stress and low energy
